In addition to emaciation and mild fever, dry FIP in cats mainly occurs in the eyes, kidneys and central nervous system, including eye turbidity, conjunctivitis, eye abscess, visual impairment, etc. A few cases are accompanied by multiple progressive neurological symptoms, including hind paralysis, convulsion, and nystagmus.

Other cats with dry FIP develop abdominal granulomas and fibrous opal plaques on the serous membrane surface of the abdominal organs.
